Refund Policy

We sincerely want for the happiness of our customers. If there is a problem with your order, we will resolve it as soon as possible and fairly. We want you to remain our customers.

Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase has arrived, if may be difficult for us to offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase email.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted for example:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery

If it is necessary for you to return your product to us, we will send you an email to notify you when we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
